Guys I get Smoke to appear while attacking and doing x-rays but not in fatalities? is there something I am doing wrong.

If Nintendo didn't kept killer instinct too long from releasing since pt 2, killer instinct would've been bigger and made as mortal Kombat, but the game stay too long before gold cames out, and by that time all other fighting game did already taken the spot.
